Read MoreDespite having practised qigong for some 15 years I found the course very helpful and it has very much contributed to rejuvenating and expanding my qigong practice. It's clear that Paul has a extensive experience teaching both off- and online. While I found the main set and supporting exercises by themselves both powerful and deeply relaxing, I especially value the instructions on ritualizing your practice; an essential piece that I have been missing in my qigong practice previously.
